Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final once an order has been placed and shipped.

We only offer refunds under the following condition:

If you have not received your order within 30 days from the date of dispatch, and tracking shows no delivery or movement, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund after 30 days, contact support@vantalabs.com.au with your order number and shipping details. We will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Failure to collect your parcel
